Use a bullet to push in the button on the bottom of the AK47 magazine

Once the button is pushed in push the edge of the magazine bottom plate with your thumb

Use the bullet in the hole as a handle and continue to slide the bottom plate back

Sometimes the bottom plate is too stiff for this technique, you could also try a screwdriver

As you pull the bottom plate off, be aware the spring inside the magazine is still compressed and will pop out as soon as the bottom plate is removed.
