how is the receiver licensed to me? if i buy one or cut one from a blank. do i have to have an ffl license to buy or drill and cut one, and if not how do i registir it. im sure you should know this so please help me |

I would buy more of these for the price & ease of assembly |

All the holes were correct, dimples look OK, hardened all over, not just around the holes |
