Norinco Type 56S-2
Bubba's Review:
Cal. 7.62x39 Stamped Receiver. I like the bayonets on these, and the history of these rifles. I don't own one so I do not know of their quality but all I hear is how good they are

Question I purchased a preban polytech sidefolder wbakelite stock and grips. This rifle has never been fired,it is brand new.I have the original box with all accessories. What do you think this rifle is worth? and how much value will it lose if i so desire to fire it? im dieing to shoot it!oh yea, this gun and its clips are still in oilys! thanks....

Answer Don't shoot it if you want to keep it's full value
you did NOT buy a shooter there
Worth will depend on the buyer so i can't assume to know, well over a grand if I had guess though

They can longer be imported, it's a collectors item thats all I can really say..

Review:
That's right! I bought my Norinco in 1988 and it only cost $350!!! I would not trade it for a million dollars.....well, maybe a million....but I would feel really conflicted about it! My Norinco is my baby and I love it to death. If you ever have the opportunity to pick one up, do it! It's worth every penny(you'll pay about $1200 nowadays)!!! Good luck! ---Alan
Pros:
Chinese reputation for quality copies of Soviet originals, smooth trigger, light recoil
Cons:
Only one - they are banned from importation by our "Nazi-like" so-called leaders, otherwise known as criminals!!!
